Employment Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Friday’s from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with additional days to be determined

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Chiropractor (24 hours or less a week) to join our growing neuropathy program, helping patients improve their quality of life through innovative and targeted treatments. This is not a traditional chiropractic role — our approach centers on evaluating and addressing the root causes of neuropathy, not performing endless adjustments.

About Us:
At St. Augustine Neuropathy & Pain Center, we specialize in helping patients find relief and renewed hope through our comprehensive, non-invasive neuropathy treatment program. Our team is known for compassionate care, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to improving lives.

About You:

Are you a chiropractor who loves helping people but is ready for a break from the constant physical demands of traditional adjusting? Do you want to focus on patient care without the hassles and stress of running your own practice? Or perhaps you’re considering retirement but still want to earn an income part-time, doing the work you love. If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with patients for comprehensive consultations, currently scheduled on Fridays (with potential to expand to additional days).
  • Perform a series of neuromuscular tests to determine whether neuropathy is large nerve (spinal origin) or small nerve (due to diabetes, chemotherapy, or prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as Agent Orange or industrial environments).
  • Provide minor chiropractic adjustments only if you wish to do so when necessary.
  • Play a key role in patient conversion by clearly explaining treatment options, program benefits, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure patients receive the most effective, personalized treatment plans.

Why This Role is Different

  • Low physical strain – No long days of repetitive adjustments.
  • No practice management stress – Focus 100% on patient care without worrying about overhead, marketing, or insurance headaches.
  • Innovative, patient-centered care – Work with advanced technologies including laser therapy and computerized spinal decompression.
  • Potential for growth – This part-time role has the potential to grow into a full-time position or you can remain part-time.

Education & Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and active Florida chiropractic license.
  • Passion for helping patients improve their function and quality of life.
  • Empathetic doctor with strong listening skills.
  • Strong diagnostic skills with an interest in neuropathy and non-surgical therapies.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent listening skills – does not easily interrupt patients or team members.
  • Demonstrates humility, a willingness to learn, and a team-first attitude; able to accept feedback and collaborate without ego.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with clear and effective communication skills for patient interaction.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Consultations currently take place all day on Fridays; additional days will be added soon.

If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a collaborative, forward-thinking clinic and help patients find real relief from neuropathy, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today to explore how your skills can make a meaningful difference without the grind of a traditional chiropractic schedule.
